I'm Sorry For The Lapse!

I know, it has been a while since I posted anything. Jack has been having some allergy problems lately so I am taking some time away to deal with that. We haven't really gone anywhere for a few weeks, more than doctor's offices and his grandma's house. He sees the GI tomorrow, so I am hoping we can get back into blogging about Jack and his barefoot adventures! We plan on a Disneyland trip soon too so I am gonna get some good pics of that. Hope to see you again soon!

Another Day

Today has been a day like all the others. Jack seems to be chugging along. We had fritos and "abotaco" for lunch.

He Sleepwalks Barefoot, Too!!!

Tonight's episode:
Walks to my bed, eyes closed, wants his "udder duckie". Crawls up in my bed and promptly falls asleep.

He also talks in his sleep. Nothing more than a few "Momma"s tonight so far.

I think he might have night terrors. He yells out in his sleep a lot. At Daddy's last weekend, he yelled for corn (with a c) and napkins.

That's my barefooter!!!
This is at sister's school carnival! He wouldn't put shoes on, and it got to be comedy because by the time the carnival ended he had managed to convince sister's three friends (all 6/7 year olds) to take their shoes off too!

Photo Barrage

Some photos of Jack out doin stuff! Stories to come :)
The first one is Jack and his best friend "E". We were playing at a park. Jack was barefoot as he always is, and E is wearing shoes.

This is right before his IEP meeting with the school district. Turns out he doesn't need speech, so HOORAY for that!

Here he is running around the front yard with Grandpa

Playing in the sand at the park. He said it was hot. I am not sure how to make his feet not hurt when he walks on hot surfaces. Maybe that comes with time.
Riding Autopia! He loves Disneyland, and we usually barefoot there too. I have only been told a handful of times that he has to have shoes on. Usually it's by the person loading the ride. They say it's in case there is an emergency they have to be able to walk. We always carry them, he just won't wear them.
This is Jack lying on his towel after playing in the sprinklers. His sister is lying behind him, catching some rays too.
Here he is at the park again. Same park. He loves to walk on all different surfaces. Some he says are hot, some are itchy, and some are cold. He loves the feel of grass I think.
This is what started the idea for the blog. We went to Starbucks.

Birthday Boy!!

It's Jack's birthday today!!!
